The best source of protein?

Well, I started working at home with freeweights, and then do some jogging for cardio, nothing intense as Mr. Olympia or anything lol. Trying to reduce and get a definition and strengthen the place. So heard without protein (also is more what?) Muscles develop or cure and is a waste of time. Well I saw, I am university online, and nearly broke, so I will not buy all these powders and vitamins and other So what is the best source of natural protein and / or nutrients for muscle building, etc? Thank you.

Eat every 2 hours. Between breakfast lunch and eat a protein bar or protein shake. Breakfast: egg whites, whole eggs a few, and some flaked oats. With a little orange juice. Lunch: albacore tuna or chicken with vegetables and brown rice. You can replace those with Turkey or ground beef. Dinner: grilled fish or chicken, brown rice, vegetables and a salad with no carbs after 8 PM Substances: creatine, L-glutamine, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), whey and a multivitamin.
